Service fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment must be completed before service commencement. We accept various payment methods as specified during registration.
Professional installation and proper setup are essential for optimal AI device performance. Customers are expected to provide access to their premises and follow installation guidelines. Delays in access may affect your service experience and smart home integration progress.
We understand that home circumstances can be unpredictable. Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before service commencement. Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations made 3-6 days before service start, subject to administrative fees. No refunds are available after service commencement, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Our AI home device services are technical and supportive in nature. We do not provide electrical, plumbing, or structural modification services. Customers with complex home infrastructure requirements should seek appropriate professional help. Our services complement but do not replace professional electrical or construction work.
